We preach that resistance training is for everyone! Resistance training isn't just lifting weights, it also involves bodyweight exercises like yoga, pilates, plyometrics, calisthenics, resistance bands, etc. As you get older your muscles and bones naturally get weaker resulting in a weakened frame, muscular structure and a slow metabolism.
