“Boot Camp is a 4 week long session that you take with a personal trainer. The trainers teach you, show you, and help you work out in ways that are best for you, and helps you see results fast. The trainers also helps personalize your diet in ways that are healthy for you and coincides with your work out to help you see amazing results. (As we all know…working out alone doesn’t help you get lasting results.) But the best thing is…they help change your way of thinking about food and exercise and puts you on a path that you can continue for the rest of your life. No fad diet, no lose 20 pounds in one week. This is a personal trainer for you who will help you get lasting results. BUT….this is not going to be an easy thing. This is called boot camp, and boot camp is what it is. The trainers will work you till you almost cry, and he will push you till you want to give up. But if it’s results you want, results you will see. I have personally lost 2 1/2 inches around my waist in 2 weeks.

If you are interested in starting a 4 week session of Boot Camp, we are trying to start one for the evenings. It will be held 5 days a week for 4 weeks here at corporate in the gym. And yes, he can even work with the messy construction in there, and even after it is finished. It will cost $10 per day, $50 a week, $200 for the entire 4 weeks. (FYI: Almost every company who participates in Boot Camp charges $500 for 6 weeks. This $200 for 4 weeks is a great deal!)

    I am a 57 year old woman who is going to Disney World at Xmas- do you train older individuals? I do have 80lbs to lose-not all at once I realize. Thanks, Jackie
